Returns

We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return unopened canister (unfortunately we cannot process opened or used /empty containers as returns) in original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from delivery date for a prompt refund less shipping. We cannot process returns after 30 days. Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No opened item of the product is eligible for return. All item must be factory sealed original packaging for a refund.

Shipping Information

USA

Orders over $100 to addresses in the continental US qualify for free standard shipping. For order totals up to $99, standard shipping within the Continental United States is $5.95.

Our ground shipments generally take 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your destination. For an additional charge, you may choose 2-day shipping.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses will be charged $9.75.

If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping charges when applicable and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays.

We strive to make sure the products we sell meet the highest quality and environmental standards. However, there are different consumer product regulations in different states of USA which are different from standard practices and are away from federal FDA guidelines and regulations. In order to ship this product to states having different regulations we will inform you.
